we will take photos of your damage and hold these for your insurance company. You will keep your vehicle until the parts are in our workshop.
you will contact your Insurance comapany and receive a claims number so your vehicle can be repaired
We will order your parts this process will be at least 2 weeks before your parts are here then we will contact you to drop o your car.
we can arrange a loan car for you when we book in your car to be repaired. Booking is essential our customer service team will match your needs with time frames.
Most times your vehicle will be in our workshop for a week , depending on the dammage our team will keep you informed.
When you collect your vehicle you will be required to pay any excess if any.
